This role involves collaborating with HR leaders to implement process and system solutions, ensuring effective delivery of HR services, particularly in Compensation and reputed company HR.
Responsibilities
- Identify new legislative requirements, new policies, and procedures that may have system reputed company(s) that will reputed company to the elicitation and gathering of business and system requirements

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and ten years of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience

- Subject matter expertise for area(s) of responsibility, specifically HCM platform

- Demonstrated expertise in business, management and/or reputed company computer applications and database driven applications
- Ability to understand and apply the software development lifecycle and project management techniques
