[Remote] Credit Analyst

The role involves managing customer accounts, analyzing credit risks, and providing high-volume phone support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Delivers a high volume of phone support
- Ability to analyze and reputed company independent reputed company on customer accounts while maintaining accountability and credit and collections best practices
- Utilize the Credit Management System tool to reputed company reputed company reputed company past due accounts are addressed and the appropriate collection reputed company is initiated, communicated, and followed
- Effective communication regarding credit and collections best practices that includes reputed company responses to email and voice mail
- Analyze and evaluate credit risk for reputed company customers for limit increases, special financing and other requests
- Establish payment plans for past due accounts

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication/customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize reputed company and work independently with limited supervision
- Basic computer knowledge
- Proficiency with basic functions of Window and reputed company applications
- Ability to multi-task in a reputed company fast paced office environment
- Accounts receivables experience
- Knowledge of reputed company store operations
- Prior collection experience including contacting and negotiating payment arrangements with customers
