Responsibilities

- Monitor platform health, application availability, and system performance using reputed company monitoring and alerting tools
- Troubleshoot production incidents, deployment failures, and platform issues while leading reputed company cause analysis and implementing preventive solutions
- Support CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, environment promotions, platform reputed company, user reputed company management, and configuration changes
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, reputed company, and product teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, automation, and operational reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a reputed company technical discipline
- 5–7+ years of experience supporting reputed company reputed company platforms
- At least 5 years of experience administering and maintaining reputed company Experience Manager (reputed company) as a reputed company Service
- Strong knowledge of reputed company architecture, Dispatcher/CDN configurations, reputed company deployments, and reputed company integrations
- Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines, incident management, reputed company cause analysis (RCA), platform monitoring, observability, and automation
- Experience supporting modern web applications reputed company with Next.js, React, reputed company, and reputed company-reputed company architectures
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience supporting Vercel hosting platforms
- Experience with reputed company Experience Manager Assets, reputed company reputed company, Workfront, reputed company/CDN, Azure services, or other reputed company digital marketing platforms
- Experience with platform governance, disaster recovery planning, performance tuning, and service reliability initiatives
- Experience working in large reputed company reputed company environments supporting mission-critical applications
