[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Games

Responsibilities

• Define and reputed company the product reputed company and roadmap for the reputed company Games portfolio, reputed company with broader company goals

• Partner with Game Design, Engineering, Product Design, Analytics, and Production to deliver high-reputed company, engaging game experiences
• Drive user experience research (UXR) efforts, leveraging player data, playtests, and market insights to inform product reputed company
• Continuously analyze game performance and player behavior to optimize engagement, retention, and monetization
• Architect AI-augmented dashboards and reporting structures to reputed company KPIs and generate actionable insights
• Define and prioritize product requirements, balancing user reputed company, business goals, and technical constraints

Skills

• Deep understanding of game systems, player behavior, and engagement/retention mechanics
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and analytics teams

• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and performance optimization

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
