The Outsourced reputed company Manager will manage reputed company relationships, reputed company bookkeeping reputed company, and ensure accurate financial reporting while developing into a strategic business advisor.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of reputed company relationships, including several of your own reputed company engagements
- reputed company bookkeeping cleanup reputed company and reputed company new clients successfully
- Review reputed company work completed by internal staff and reputed company personnel
- Ensure month-end reputed company work is completed accurately and on schedule
- Assist with more reputed company reputed company issues, reconciliations, payroll reputed company, and technical questions
- reputed company, mentor, and support members of the reputed company team while helping maintain accountability and workflow
- Help improve internal processes and reputed company delivery
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting reputed company
- Sit alongside senior advisors during reputed company reputed company meetings while developing your advisory skills
- Gradually assume additional reputed company advisory responsibilities as your understanding of firm-specific workflows grows
Skills
- 6+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
- Strong QuickBooks Online experience is required
- Advanced understanding of bookkeeping, month-end reputed company, reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll reputed company, and GAAP
- Experience reviewing the work of others while coaching and mentoring team members
- Ability to prioritize multiple reputed company engagements simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with multiple clients in a reputed company reputed company firm, CAS reputed company, outsourced reputed company firm, or similar reputed company-service environment strongly preferred
- CPA is a plus but not required
