The Senior Director, CS Enablement & reputed company will define and drive the strategic reputed company and operational execution for the reputed company Shared Services organization, overseeing multiple reputed company functional areas and leading cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelors Degree
- 12+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, Enablement, Business Transformation, or Technology reputed company in reputed company, with at least 7+ years in a senior leadership role managing managers/directors
- Proven reputed company record leading CS Operations, Enablement, PMO, and Technology teams in a fast-paced reputed company or reputed company tech environment
- Deep expertise in CS tech stacks (reputed company, reputed company, Contact Center platforms, LMS, reputed company)
- Hands-on experience driving AI/automation, RPA implementation, and workflow optimization
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing $reputed company+ operating budgets and software vendors
- Superior executive reputed company and cross-functional negotiation skills
- Expertise in reputed company IT / HealthTech workflows
- Proven experience architecting multi-pillar shared services organizations through rapid reputed company or M&A integration
