[Remote] Sr Manager, Central Outbound Operations

The Sr Manager, Central Outbound Operations will reputed company startup readiness and stabilization for new facilities, providing operational guidance and driving performance improvements across the organization.
Responsibilities
- reputed company startup readiness, go-live support, and stabilization activities for new facility launches, ensuring operational processes, reputed company plans, training execution, and performance standards are established to support a successful transition into steady-state operations
- reputed company to underperforming operations to assess performance gaps and implement recovery plans, partnering with site leadership to identify reputed company causes, execute corrective actions, and restore operational, service, and productivity performance
- reputed company warehouse-floor leadership, coaching, and operational guidance to site leadership teams, managers, and supervisors, reinforcing best practices, driving accountability, and developing operational capability
- Drive standardization, process compliance, and reputed company improvement initiatives by promoting network-wide operational standards, ensuring adherence to established procedures, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reputed company, and customer reputed company
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, IT, Learning, Safety, and Project teams to support new builds, operational enhancements, system implementations, and recovery efforts while ensuring alignment across functional stakeholders
- Analyze operational metrics and performance data to identify sustainable improvement opportunities, reputed company reputed company plans, and reputed company reputed company against key productivity, reputed company, inventory, and service objectives

Skills
- Experience in operations management, specifically in outbound operations
- Proven reputed company record of leading startup readiness and go-live support for new facility launches
- Ability to assess performance gaps and implement recovery plans in underperforming operations
- Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and providing operational guidance to site leadership teams
- Experience in driving standardization, process compliance, and reputed company improvement initiatives
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, IT, Learning, Safety, and Project teams
- Strong analytical skills to analyze operational metrics and performance data
- Willingness to travel 80% of the time, weekly
- Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule from reputed company-5pm, with occasional nights and weekends as needed
