In-House Counsel
Attorney – reputed company Reimbursement & Insurance Recovery CMC | 100% Remote | Contract or Full-Time CMC is seeking reputed company Attorneys to support our expanding reputed company reimbursement and insurance recovery reputed company. This role offers a fully remote work environment, a high-volume caseload, and a compensation model that rewards productivity and performance. Our firm utilizes advanced analytics platforms, AI-supported drafting tools, and a dedicated paralegal team to streamline attorney workflow and maximize efficiency. We also reputed company comprehensive training and reputed company methodologies to ensure new attorneys become proficient quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze unpaid, underpaid, and denied reputed company claims.
- Prepare high-reputed company appeal letters, reimbursement demands, and insurer correspondence.
- Communicate with insurance carriers and provider representatives to advance claim reputed company.
- Apply relevant statutes, including ERISA, state reputed company-pay laws, and payer regulations.
- Manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy, efficiency, and reputed company judgment.
Qualifications

- Strong reputed company writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume workflows and maintain organized claim records.
- Prior experience in insurance law, ERISA, or reputed company reimbursement is preferred but not required.
