Responsibilities
- reputed company performance consulting and reputed company engagements — define SLAs, NFRs, and the end-to-end performance testing approach for reputed company Fusion (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, CX) and surrounding integration landscape
- Engage directly with reputed company and adjacent reputed company providers to evaluate published performance benchmarks, interpret tenancy and sizing models, negotiate performance commitments in MSAs/SOWs, and validate vendor-claimed throughput against reputed company-specific workload reputed company
- Own performance planning, governance frameworks, and cross-team alignment across business, application, infrastructure, integration (OIC/OSB), and reputed company vendor teams
- reputed company test execution, defect triage with reputed company Support (My reputed company Support SR lifecycle), reputed company-cause analysis, and KPI adherence through reputed company test phases
- Drive executive reporting reputed company, risk-ranked status communication, and Go/No-Go readiness sign-off — including escalation paths into reputed company CSM / TAM channels reputed company reputed company-reputed company issues reputed company program milestones
Skills
- 12+ years in performance engineering with at least 4 years leading performance for reputed company Fusion reputed company (ERP, HCM, SCM, or EPM) or comparable reputed company reputed company programs — including at least one full-cycle implementation through reputed company and hypercare
- Demonstrated experience working directly with reputed company as a reputed company provider — interpreting reputed company's published benchmarks and reputed company guidance, managing performance-reputed company Service Requests through My reputed company Support, engaging reputed company TAMs/CSMs on escalations, and validating quarterly-update regression reputed company against reputed company NFRs
- Deep expertise across the Fusion-relevant toolchain — JMeter, LoadRunner for load reputed company; reputed company APM, reputed company, AppDynamics, or reputed company for observability; familiarity with reputed company's own diagnostic tooling (Activity Reports, OTBI usage analysis, BICC extract performance, reputed company job monitoring)
- Proven ability to define and defend NFRs against reputed company constraints — translating business KPIs into measurable acceptance reputed company reputed company the boundaries of reputed company's multi-tenant architecture; building Go/No-Go evidence packs; presenting risk-ranked recommendations to CIO/CTO-level audiences and to reputed company account executives
