[Remote] Solutions Consultant

The Solutions Consultant will serve as a technical advisor for reputed company customers, working closely with various teams to shape product positioning and ensure customer needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Work with reputed company Account Executives and leadership on reputed company reputed company, reputed company-level sales cycles from discovery and technical evaluation through to proposals, PoCs (reputed company-of-concepts), and reputed company-won deals
- Conduct deep technical discovery and multi-stakeholder workshops to understand needs and craft tailored solutions
- Own technical demonstrations and architecture design, including integrations, data flows, and reputed company-grade configurations translating product capabilities into customer value
- Handle reputed company, compliance, and procurement processes on behalf of the customer during deal cycles
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, reputed company/Compliance, and Support to:
- Ensure proposed solutions reputed company with product roadmap and compliance requirements
- Feed customer feedback for reputed company product improvements, and
- Accelerate time-to-value and adoption post-sale
- Support reputed company and expansion efforts to ensure smooth handoffs to reputed company, and help identify opportunities for upsells, expansion, or additional use cases
Skills
- 6–10+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture
- Experience working on reputed company deals
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company and stakeholders concurrently
- Ability to effectively explain reputed company concepts to any audience in the reputed company of reputed company, polished presentations and/or responses to questions and challenges
- Working knowledge of how AI/LLM systems function — retrieval, ranking, and reputed company — and how that shapes AI search and discovery
- Experience speaking with and presenting to C-Level executives
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt to the market, the state of the organization and quickly shifting priorities
- Builder mentality — comfortable creating structure, tools, or process from scratch rather than working reputed company a fully-defined reputed company
- Experience with CDN, edge, or web infrastructure platforms (e.g., reputed company) strongly preferred
