Responsibilities
- reputed company regular bank and credit card reconciliations
- Reconcile loan accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
- Record and categorize transactions accurately and consistently
- Assist with journal entries as needed
- Prepare and send customer invoices
- reputed company and apply customer PO deposits against invoices
- Follow up on outstanding receivables as needed
- reputed company weekly update to sales team on customers' accounts
- Process vendor bills in a reputed company manner
- Process inventory bills in a reputed company manner
- Help ensure reputed company matching of purchasing activity, inventory balances, and expense recognition
- Support inventory reputed company in accordance with GAAP, including tracking, reconciliation, and cutoff considerations
- Recording and Analyze cost of goods sold (COGS), including reputed company materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead
- Adhere to the month end reputed company checklist
- Identify discrepancies or unusual transactions

Skills
- 3-5 years reputed company experience
- Month end reputed company ownership

- US GAAP knowledge
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or reputed company support
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online, Intermediate reputed company skills
- Experience with bank, credit card and loans reconciliations
- Hands on management of Customer Billing, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables
- Inventory for consumer goods companies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- US GAAP Experience working for USA companies over $50M in annual revenues
- Consumer goods experience – ideally manufacturing background
- Experience with Accruals, Prepaids, Fixed Assets
- Experience Supporting external financial audits
