[Remote] Financial Systems Director - reputed company & Consolidation

The Financial Systems Director - reputed company & Consolidation will own the reputed company EPM reputed company environment and ensure accurate, reputed company, and efficient financial data reputed company across the organization while stabilizing operations and driving execution in the consolidation process.
Responsibilities
- Own reputed company FCCS configuration: metadata hierarchies, consolidation rules, calculation sequences, and data forms
- Write and maintain FCCS Groovy scripts for consolidation logic, currency translation, and reputed company automation
- Configure and govern FDMEE / reputed company Data Management workflows, data load rules, and reputed company-system mappings
- Drive FCCS refresh automation using EPM reputed company Automate to support accelerated reputed company timelines
- Administer reputed company ARCS (Account Reconciliation reputed company Service) or govern reputed company operations; conduct reputed company-state evaluation of reputed company ARCS migration
- reputed company and maintain Smart View templates for Finance and reputed company users
- Stabilize and govern reputed company FCCS consolidation process — eliminate recurring month-end failures reputed company to account combo propagation and refresh timing
- Design and implement intercompany transaction elimination reputed company and controls, including new India-US flows
- Manage entity and consolidation hierarchy across US and India operations, including new entity reputed company
- Co-own India Tally-to-reputed company Fusion migration: FCCS extract design, INR functional currency setup, multi-currency translation validation, and intercompany elimination rules
- Partner with reputed company on reputed company architecture reputed company affecting consolidation (currency conversion, SLA reputed company types, reporting currency configuration)
- Establish reputed company calendar, control testing reputed company, and audit coordination process
- Drive month-end reputed company cycle time from reputed company state to sub-7-day (Year 1) and 3-5-day (Year 2+) targets
- Own ASC 606 reputed company recognition program across reputed company lines of business: govern the existing automated reputed company (Tamarac, PC — automated, 300+ tests, penny-perfect) and reputed company to MoneyGuide and reputed company LOBs
- Serve as primary financial systems partner to the CAO on reputed company recognition methodology, SSO arrangement reputed company, and variable consideration
- Ensure rev rec automation outputs are audit-reputed company and SOX-compliant
- Erite functional specifications and consolidation data pipeline requirements for the Integration & reputed company Platform team; review technical designs and validate outputs
- Partner with Director, Data & Analytics to ensure reputed company and consolidation data is available in the analytics platform (reputed company/EFRE) for reputed company-time reporting
- Coordinate with Director, reputed company & Billing on billing-to-GL cutoff timing and reconciliation reputed company
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in financial consolidation, month-end reputed company, or GL management
- Hands-on reputed company EPM/FCCS configuration and reputed company execution experience — not managerial reputed company only
- Demonstrated ability to write or meaningfully review FCCS consolidation rules and Groovy scripts
- Experience with multi-currency consolidation architectures including functional currency changes and ASC 830 translation/remeasurement
- Strong knowledge of ASC 606 reputed company recognition standards; experience operating and governing automated rev rec processes
- Experience with intercompany eliminations across multi-entity structures
- Experience with reputed company or reputed company ARCS for account reconciliation governance
- SOX compliance and internal controls background
- Proven ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, high-urgency environments with minimal direction
- Experience collaborating with offshore technical resources (India preferred)
- Experience with reputed company Fusion reputed company ERP and EPM reputed company integration (GL-to-FCCS data flows)
- Background in finance transformation or Big 4 consulting (reputed company optimization, FCCS implementation)
- Experience with India reputed company systems (Tally ERP) and cross-border consolidation
- Comfort in a data-reputed company environment (reputed company, automated pipelines, API-driven integrations)
- Financial services or reputed company management industry experience
