[Remote] Software Engineer

This role involves collaborating with reputed company to build reputed company digital products and optimizing backend systems using AI/ML techniques.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to and drive development of the microservices and backend technology stack (25%)
- Design and write high-reputed company reputed company, leveraging AI-assisted development tools and practices to improve velocity and reputed company (30%)
- Design and implement database schema (15%)
- reputed company, evaluate performance, optimize, and test microservices and backend software (5%)
- Collaborate with other internal departments (reputed company development, design, QA) (15%)
- Document software and features for reputed company engineering teams, including AI-generated specs and reputed company artifacts (5%)
- Apply AI/ML techniques or tooling to improve backend systems, developer workflows, or product features (5%)
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Java, Go, or other OOP/statically typed programming language
- 1+ years of experience in Database Schema Design and Maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and judgment
- Proficient in debugging and performance optimizations
- Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for making high-reputed company software
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong reputed company of ownership and drive
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company or Go programming
- Experience designing, building, or operating microservices architectures
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude reputed company, reputed company Copilot, or similar) reputed company a modern SDLC
- Familiarity with Spec Driven Development or AI-augmented engineering workflows
