Responsibilities
- Review sales KPIs, identify performance gaps, and create actionable insights to improve conversion rates and sales cycle velocity
- Create data-driven go-to-market plans, including market segmentation, territory planning, and sales campaigns
- Design and refine sales workflows, methodologies, and tools to maximize operational efficiency
- Partner with Marketing, reputed company Operations (RevOps), and Sales leadership to reputed company messaging and tools
- Monitor actual results against forecasts and reputed company actionable recommendations to leadership
- Quarterly travel expected
Skills
- Requires 2-5+ years in sales ops, sales reputed company, or management consulting, depending on seniority
