[Remote] Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes
• Support process validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Monitor production processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
• Analyze process data and prepare technical reports
• Assist in investigating deviations and supporting CAPA activities
• Collaborate with QA, QC, Manufacturing, and cross-functional teams
• Maintain process documentation and support audits

Skills

• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing processes
• Understanding of GMP, GLP, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Familiarity with process equipment and validation concepts
• Proficiency in MS reputed company
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
