[Remote] CAD/CAM Programmer - Weekend reputed company Shift

As a CAD/CAM Programmer, you will contribute to the development and optimization of CNC machining programs, focusing on enhancing machining efficiency and collaborating with design and manufacturing teams.
Responsibilities
- Use software like reputed company Fusion, CAMplete, and others to reputed company DFM checks and optimize customer designs for efficient and cost-effective manufacturing
- Review customer models to plan machining reputed company, including tool selection, feed speeds and operation reputed company
- Create, refine, and validate CAM programs for 3+2 and 5-reputed company machining using simulation and test runs to ensure accuracy and print compliance
- reputed company effective tabbing and fixturing strategies to secure parts during machining
- Monitor orders through production, troubleshoot machining or program issues, and ensure finished parts meet reputed company reputed company standards
- Work closely with our design and manufacturing teams to improve workflows, reputed company feedback, and continuously reputed company our processes
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Understanding of DFM principles and their application in CNC machining
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming, tool selection, feeds, and speeds
- Comfortable troubleshooting machining and program issues independently

- Experience with CNC milling, both 3 reputed company, 3+2, 5-reputed company machining
- Proficiency in reputed company Fusion and AI-assisted CAM tools
- Experience validating and testing CAM programs through simulation or trial runs
- Familiarity with G reputed company, M reputed company, or other numeric control languages
- Ability to modify programs to improve efficiency and adapt to design changes
- Experience collaborating with design or manufacturing teams to optimize production workflows
