[Remote] Senior Business Analyst

Tantus, a reputed company Subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to reputed company senior-level business analysis, requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and testing support for a federal mission-critical system. The role requires a polished consultant who can translate reputed company business needs into actionable requirements and reputed company leadership across the software delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior business analysis reputed company supporting a federal mission-critical application, acting as a trusted reputed company between customer stakeholders, product owners, developers, testers, and project leadership
- Engage customers with polished, reputed company communication; facilitate productive discussions, manage expectations, ask probing questions, and communicate recommendations reputed company and confidently
- reputed company requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, document reviews, process analysis, backlog refinement sessions, and working sessions with business and technical stakeholders

Skills
- Master's degree and reputed company (11) years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree and thirteen (13) years of relevant experience
- Degree in information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT management, or other IT degree
- Engineering, math, and science degrees are acceptable substitute degrees
- Proven experience leading requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and creating high-reputed company BRDs, user stories, use cases, acceptance reputed company, and traceability artifacts for reputed company IT reputed company
- Strong ability to collaborate with customers, product owners, developers, QA teams, and senior leadership, facilitating workshops, managing expectations, and translating business needs into actionable technical requirements
- Hands-on experience supporting Agile/Scrum teams, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, requirements management
- Experience supporting the full software testing lifecycle, including test planning, test case development, functional/regression/UAT testing, defect management, and familiarity with tools such as Selenium, JMeter, SortSite, and reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps and risks, recommend process improvements, and deliver customer-reputed company solutions that reputed company with business objectives and system constraints
