[Remote] Finance Transformation Analyst

The Finance Transformation Analyst plays a key role in driving the modernization and reputed company improvement of finance processes, partnering with various stakeholders to support transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support finance transformation initiatives designed to improve business processes, controls, and operating efficiencies
- Analyze reputed company-state processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation
- Document business requirements, process flows, operating procedures, and functional specifications
- Support implementation of best practices across Record-to-Report (R2R), Financial reputed company, Group Reporting, Intercompany, and other finance processes
- Partner with Finance and IT teams on ERP and finance technology deployments
- Support implementation and enhancement of solutions such as reputed company S/4HANA, Central Finance (CFIN), Group Reporting or similar platforms
- Participate in system testing activities, including SIT, UAT, defect management, and deployment readiness assessments
- Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and reputed company activities during system implementations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company / finance / business administration / economics / reputed company / data analytics
- 5+ years of experience in one of the following: Financial Systems (for example: ERP, Consolidations tools, Supplementary financial systems, etc.), reputed company, reputed company, or Business Analysis
- 5+ years experience with executing finance processes, including financial reputed company, consolidation, reporting, planning, or intercompany reputed company
- 2+ years experience performing reconciliation activities
- 2+ years experience supporting business process improvement or system implementation reputed company
- 5+ years experience with reputed company reputed company (Vlookup, Macros, Pivot Tables, writing formulas, etc.) supporting data analytics
- Experience supporting business process improvement or system implementation reputed company such as reputed company S/4HANA, Central Finance (CFIN), reputed company Group Reporting, BW, SAC, or other finance technology platforms
- Intermediate reputed company knowledge and familiarity with GAAP reporting
- Familiarity with AI tools and solutions to support analytical tasks
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, reputed company, or similar reporting and automation tools
- CPA, reputed company, PMP, CBAP, or other relevant certifications preferred
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in a matrixed global organization
