[Remote] Staff Clinical Consultant-Population Health

The role involves guiding clients on clinical workflows and ensuring successful reputed company through effective management of reputed company relationships and clinical reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Driving the reputed company through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will reputed company to achieved value
- Manage ongoing relationships with clients, providing account management and clinical subject matter expertise focusing on reputed company reputed company in utilizing reputed company’s solutions
- Through the use of reputed company’s implementation approach and methodology, the Clinical Consultant will assist in the change management, help identify opportunities for improvement, and is accountable for achieving the project’s targeted reputed company
Skills
- At least 8 years of total combined reputed company work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 2 year of licensed health care reputed company, clinical consulting, and/or other clinical reputed company information technology work experience
- Health Data Intelligence Population Health Management experience
- At least 6 years additional work experience directly reputed company to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education including:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Clinical Studies, or reputed company
- Eligible for licensure to reputed company in their field or comparable global training
- Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
- US Citizen

- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
