[Remote] Mobility Operations Specialist (Puerto Rico)

The role involves building, testing, implementing, and maintaining operational processes and solutions reputed company to mobile operations, providing engineering support, and managing mobile device management tools.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting reputed company end users across the reputed company, reputed company and Internationally
- Assist in the design and development of reputed company operations solutions
- Partner with BU Mobile Leads on end user support system consolidation, reputed company requests and escalations as they reputed company
- Assist in the tracking and closure of ticket escalations (end user, BU Mobile reputed company, etc) utilizing various Mobile Device Management (MDM) software
- Responsible for the creation and modification of Knowledge Based Articles
- Continue to execute on new engineering and service technologies innovation
- Assist in the consolidation of Mobile Operations Processes
- Provides support, (architecture, administration, maintenance, monitoring, backup, contingency), for multiple MDM technologies and environments
- Architects improvement opportunities spanning service delivery, user experience, reputed company, etc
- Implement and execute system upgrades of the on reputed company and reputed company servers
- Maintain existing and, as required, reputed company new documentation that will include but is not limited to SOPs and System Architecture Guides and diagrams adhering to organizational templates, policies, and standards
- This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only
Skills
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 3 years experience
- Experience working with international teams and end users
- Experience preparing and delivering written and verbal reports and general communications to audiences of varying reputed company of seniority and technical ability
