[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract)

As a Contract Senior Recruiter, you will partner with Engineering leadership to build and execute hiring strategies for technical roles, managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top engineering talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize multiple technical searches across Software Engineering and adjacent technical functions
- Partner with Engineering leadership to reputed company on hiring needs, process improvements, and search reputed company
- Proactively reputed company diverse and reputed company talent through outbound strategies, networks, and technical communities
- Represent reputed company's brand in the market by delivering exceptional candidate experiences
- Use data to assess pipeline health, drive hiring reputed company, and optimize recruitment strategies
Skills
- 5–7 years of full-cycle reputed company experience, with a strong reputed company on hiring software engineers or technical talent
- Proven reputed company in filling a mix of high-volume roles and specialized technical positions
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., reputed company Recruiter, Gem)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with technical stakeholders
- Ability to reputed company quickly and operate independently in a contract reputed company with minimal reputed company time
- Experience reputed company for a reputed company of technical roles (e.g., reputed company-end, back-end, infrastructure, data, reputed company)
- Demonstrated ability to build and iterate on hiring processes and strategies in fast-paced environments
