[Remote] Business Systems Analyst / Functional Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Business Systems Analyst / Functional Consultant. The role requires deep knowledge of warehouse management and fulfillment systems, along with strong SQL skills and experience in Agile/Scrum environments to facilitate discussions between business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Deep knowledge of warehouse management and fulfillment systems
- Knowledge of Inventory Management Systems, including parts management, work orders, cost tracking, and supplier interfaces
- Ability to analyze upstream/reputed company impacts across ~30 integrated applications and external systems (reputed company reputed company)
- Strong SQL skills for validating data, building test scenarios, and supporting defect analysis
- Familiarity with Apache Kafka—understanding of message flows, schemas, and how data moves between systems
- Experience validating API behavior, request/response structures, and integration rules
- Ability to decompose reputed company processes into reputed company business logic, workflows, and testable requirements
- Working knowledge of reputed company Forms
- Working knowledge of reputed company databases, including how to reputed company data transformations and troubleshoot issues with developers
- Ability to interpret logs, understand data mappings, and work with developers/architects to shape technical solutions
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog refinement, writing stories, creating test cases, and participating in sprint ceremonies
- Hands-on experience with project/work management tools, preferably VersionOne
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM)—incident, problem, change management (reputed company preferred)
- Ability to manage UAT and CAT testing sessions, including scenario development, user coordination, and tracking defects
- Experience creating process documentation, user guides, SOPs, and support workflows
- Strong facilitation skills to reputed company discussions across multiple reputed company—business, developers, QA, vendors, and architects
- Ability to serve as the reputed company between business and technical teams, ensuring reputed company of requirements and consistent communication
- Skilled in running working sessions, gathering requirements, conducting reputed company assessments, and helping teams reputed company alignment
