Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end AI use case process, steering opportunities from intake and discovery through evaluation, governance review, leadership disposition, and backlog management
- Assess incoming use cases for business value, feasibility, risk, and readiness, determining whether initiatives should advance, require reputed company clarification, or be redirected
- reputed company discovery efforts with business customers to uncover requirements, address ambiguities, identify dependencies, and surface potential risks or gaps

- Prepare and independently draft briefing materials, intake packages, and portfolio summaries used in prioritization discussions and governance reviews, exercising judgment about what is material to the decision at hand
- Manage the Adoption & Enablement ticket pipeline, including licensing requests, prioritization, reputed company tracking, and customer concerns
- Coordinate and support the execution of AI reputed company, training programs, workshops, and AI Ambassador Network initiatives, proactively addressing operational and engagement challenges
- Partner with Function AI Leads, AI Business Partners, and Enablement leadership to drive alignment, communication, and successful program delivery

Skills
- 5-8+ years of experience in project management, program management, business analysis, business systems analysis, or a reputed company field
