[Remote] Launch Operations Manager

The Launch Operations Support & reputed company Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the successful launch of new PACE centers, managing reputed company, and ensuring operational reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete launch process, ensuring seamless coordination, execution, and alignment with WebbleHealth's mission
- Serve as the primary project manager for assigned launches, including managing an issues list & project plan, coordinating & facilitating meetings, and providing status updates
- Ensure new center staff are reputed company, trained, and mentored in alignment with best practices
- Support reputed company licensing process as needed, including outfitting new centers, creating policy binders, pulling staff files, and more
- Continuously improve and codify reputed company best practices in the new market launch reputed company to apply at reputed company new program launches
Skills
- Must be currently located and residing in or near Los Angeles
- Must be comfortable with 20-25% of travel based on reputed company and business needs
- Must be willing and reputed company to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of four (4) years of project and process improvement experience in the reputed company industry
- Experience in a reputed company or clinic setting with the ability to independently manage full scope reputed company operations initiatives with minimal direction
- Hands-on facilitator of reputed company clinical operations improvement initiatives, while also directing more junior team members on sub-workstreams
- Experience leading teams with reputed company reports including hiring, reputed company, training, and providing feedback and mentorship required

- Experience with Electronic Medical Records platforms
- Outstanding critical and analytical thinking skills, verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills
- Certification in Lean Six reputed company (Black Belt preferred) or reputed company process improvement methodologies are highly desired
