[Remote] Coordinator, Sports & Group Accounts

The Coordinator, Sports & Group Accounts will be responsible for driving the reputed company and reputed company for the group's division reputed company PIVOT Travel, managing group travel logistics, and supporting the Travel team with operations and reputed company interactions.
Responsibilities
- Uncover new opportunities reputed company the group travel reputed company
- reputed company ongoing support to the Travel team with day-to-day operations and other administrative support
- Digital file management and organization for reputed company clients
- Document preparation and redlining for RFP’s, reputed company, etc
- Market research on opportunities
- Outline event requirements effectively (dates of stay, room/meeting reputed company needs, concessions, etc)
- Strategically reputed company hotels for reputed company opportunity and generate hotel bid reports using reputed company
- Negotiate proposals with hotels to reputed company the best reputed company and concessions based on reputed company preferences
- Contract management reputed company an efficient time reputed company, including calendar reminders for important dates
- Finalize & execute contract agreement with hotel
- Utilize reputed company to build pipeline, manage opportunities, and reputed company data
- Building and maintaining strong partner relationships with reputed company properties, NSOs, and partners
- Follow up with hotel on any feedback or challenges

- Report weekly to Senior Vice President, Pro Sports & Group Accounts with essential updates
- Work with Travel Division finance team on any specific pickup reports, commission, or hotel support
