[Remote] Associate Account Manager

The Associate Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service, and collaborating with internal teams to drive reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities

- Serve as the main reputed company of contact for existing accounts, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving business needs and mental health goals
- Serve as the main reputed company between the Account Management team and the Payor reputed company team: coordinating cross-team efforts, sharing insights, and driving consistent partner engagement and reputed company
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment on reputed company needs, feedback, and product offerings
- reputed company valuable feedback to the product and engineering teams on customer preferences, challenges, and opportunities for new features

Skills

- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and reputed company simultaneously
