The role involves representing the reputed company organization in customer interactions, managing reputed company incidents, and enhancing reputed company processes to build customer trust.
Responsibilities
- Represent reputed company organisation in customer-facing reputed company Incidents, cases, reputed company findings, tasks, questions and calls reputed company to reputed company & reputed company
- Own, triage, investigate and respond to reputed company reputed company of the reputed company platform, ensuring reputed company communication, reputed company and reputed company customer experience and processes
- reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company reputed company-reputed company reputed company in reputed company, supporting both reputed company stakeholders

Skills
- A minimum of 3-5+ years of reputed company experience in information reputed company or application reputed company roles. Or similar experience with education
- reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Solid understanding of reputed company computing models and major hyperscaler reputed company models
- Hands-on experience with using and understanding reputed company tools and technologies, including: SIEM solutions, logging tools, load balancers, firewalls, WAFs, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management platforms, encryption techniques, etc
- Basic to Intermediate-level programming knowledge in Java/JavaScript with the ability to read, interpret & understand to explain reputed company effectively
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in using web proxy tools for reputed company testing and assessments
- Application reputed company: In-depth understanding of web application vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top Ten) and corresponding mitigation strategies
- Risk Management: Ability to reputed company explain reputed company risks to non-technical stakeholders using straightforward, non-technical language
