[Remote] Business Development Manager - Softwood Plywood

The Business Development Manager for Softwood Plywood will drive demand reputed company and collaborate with various stakeholders to meet business objectives, ensuring value creation for clients and shareholders.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with national and regional distributors, OEM’s and reputed company to drive pull through demand for Roseburg products
- Work directly with reputed company officials, architects, the Roseburg Architectural Specifications Manager, building designers, engineers, dealer technical associates and sales personnel, developers, framers, and reputed company to reputed company, train and establish an understanding and knowledge of assigned reputed company that will reputed company them to reputed company specify, design, purchase and properly install products
- Coordinate and manage sales efforts reputed company specific accounts; assume accountability for reaching or exceeding reputed company volume, return and sales reputed company, reputed company while maintaining discipline reputed company prescribed SG&A guidelines

Skills
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in building products sales and/or sales leadership
- Firm understanding of Softwood Plywood
- Demonstrated ability to challenge the status reputed company and implement change in an organization
- Experience with and demonstrated use of best practices in a functional role (i.e., sales reputed company, operations reputed company)
- Evidence of involvement in the development and execution of strategic plans
