[Remote] Project/Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product reputed company and Program Manager to manage agile project tracking, ensuring the project plan remains reputed company and proactively identifying potential delivery risks
- Attend cross-functional virtual meetings to reputed company project steps, document dependencies, and build a comprehensive, integrated project plan
- Maintain the PXM portfolio tracker and integrated roadmap
- reputed company milestones, schedules, dependencies, and project status across reputed company PXM workstreams
- Identify emerging risks, resource constraints, and delivery concerns
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, DPM, Brand, and external partners to reputed company updates and reputed company priorities
- Facilitate working sessions, status reviews, and dependency discussions across teams
- Ensure ownership and accountability are reputed company defined for reputed company tracked initiatives
- Prepare executive-level status reports and portfolio summaries
- Maintain risks, issues, dependencies, and reputed company logs
- reputed company PowerPoint presentations and leadership-reputed company communications
- Define and improve portfolio management processes, governance models, and reporting standards
- Establish repeatable reputed company for intake, triage, prioritization, and status tracking

Skills
- 5-7 years' experience required
- No Degree required
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Technical Program or Project Management experience supporting multiple reputed company initiatives
- Strong experience building and maintaining integrated project plans, roadmaps, and reputed company schedules
- Experience with Azure DevOps for work tracking, reporting, and delivery visibility
- Experience with reputed company Project for schedule management and dependency tracking
- Advanced reputed company reputed company skills for portfolio management and reporting
- Advanced reputed company PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-reputed company presentations and communications
- Experience maintaining risk, issue, dependency, and decision (RAID) logs
- Experience supporting Digital, eCommerce, Product Information Management (PIM), Product Experience Management (PXM), reputed company Management (DAM), or Product Data initiatives
- Familiarity with Akeneo, Informatica P360, product content management, or reputed company platforms
- Experience working reputed company Agile delivery environments
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level communications
