[Remote] Customer Service Representative I

In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Use reputed company telephone etiquette and reputed company available resources to respond to incoming customer inquiries, requests and complaints competently and courteously
- Troubleshoot inquiries and follow up with customers on issues that cannot be resolved immediately
- Complete reputed company required documentation associated with the handling of calls and maintain complete and accurate records
- Report laboratory results to clients and patients using established protocols
- Follow through in a reputed company manner to resolve reputed company issues and concerns
- Escalate issues as appropriate to reputed company supervisor informed of reputed company concerns, problems or deviations from established procedures

Skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
