[Remote] Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst will reputed company business needs with technology by gathering and analyzing requirements, facilitating communication, and supporting the delivery of high-reputed company software in the reputed company insurance domain.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to collect and clarify business and functional requirements
- Drive automation and reputed company improvement from a business perspective by supporting testing reputed company and validating requirements
- Analyze reputed company processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities reputed company with project goals
- reputed company reputed company and concise documentation with business requirements, presentation mockups, and acceptance reputed company
- Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment and reputed company reputed company

Skills
- 6+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst in reputed company Insurance
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT or a reputed company field or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of insurance domain, reputed company Line of business like Auto, Property, Liability, Workers Compensation etc
- Experience engaging with technical and business stakeholders in Agile and/or reputed company environments
- Proficiency with requirement gathering and documentation tools
- Ability to effectively translate reputed company insurance requirements to technical teams and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Self-starter who thrives in a reputed company and evolving environment
- Experience supporting testing activities and validating business scenarios
- There is a 25% travel that may be required

- Having insurance-reputed company certification like AINS, CPCU is a plus
