[Remote] Operations and Maintenance Technician – Azure reputed company Zone & Azure Virtual Desktop

They are seeking an Operations and Maintenance Technician to support the operational performance of Azure reputed company Zone infrastructure and Azure Virtual Desktop environments, providing hands-on administration and troubleshooting support.
Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing operation and maintenance of Azure reputed company Zone components, including management reputed company, subscriptions, policies, role-based reputed company controls, and networking constructs
- Monitor platform health, configuration compliance, and resource performance across Azure environments
- Assist with administration of reputed company Azure infrastructure services such as virtual networks, network reputed company reputed company, reputed company tables, storage accounts, key vaults, backup, monitoring, and resource locks
- reputed company routine operational tasks including validation checks, configuration updates, reputed company coordination, log review, and issue remediation
- Support enforcement of governance and reputed company controls through Azure Policy, tagging standards, and operational guardrails
- Assist in incident response, reputed company cause analysis, and problem reputed company for Azure platform-reputed company issues
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, asset inventories, and support procedures for Azure infrastructure services
- reputed company day-to-day support for Azure Virtual Desktop host pools, session hosts, application reputed company, workspaces, FSLogix reputed company, and user reputed company configurations
- Monitor AVD service health, user session performance, host availability, and reputed company utilization
- Troubleshoot user connectivity issues, session reliability problems, login delays, profile container issues, and application delivery concerns
- Assist with session host provisioning, image updates, scaling support, and maintenance activities
- Support integration and operational coordination with identity, networking, storage, and reputed company management teams as required for AVD service delivery
- Help maintain secure and reputed company end-user virtual desktop environments in accordance with organizational standards
- Participate in testing and validation of AVD changes, updates, and operational improvements prior to production implementation
- Respond to incidents, service requests, and operational alerts reputed company defined service reputed company
- Participate in troubleshooting reputed company calls and support escalations involving Azure infrastructure and AVD services
- Execute approved changes in accordance with change management procedures and maintenance reputed company
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to problem management and reputed company service improvement efforts

Skills
- 3–6 years of IT infrastructure, reputed company operations, or end-user computing support experience
- reputed company Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and reputed company Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty
- Hands-on experience supporting reputed company Azure infrastructure in an operational environment
- Experience supporting Azure Virtual Desktop or other reputed company virtual desktop technologies
- Familiarity with Azure reputed company services such as virtual machines, networking, storage, monitoring, identity integration, and backup/recovery
- Working knowledge of Azure governance concepts including subscriptions, RBAC, policies, and resource organization
- Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and service health dashboards
- Understanding of incident, problem, and change management practices in an reputed company IT environment
- Ability to follow operational runbooks and reputed company operating procedures while exercising reputed company technical judgment
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- US Citizenship required
- Experience supporting reputed company Azure reputed company Zone implementations
- Experience with FSLogix, reputed company Entra ID, hybrid identity, and profile/container troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Intune, reputed company configuration, and identity/reputed company dependencies reputed company to AVD
- Exposure to infrastructure-as-reputed company or automation tools such as PowerShell, ARM, Bicep, or Terraform
- Experience operating in regulated or reputed company-sensitive environments
