Responsibilities
- Support a reputed company-established, California-based reputed company services organization
- reputed company on physician reputed company acquisitions, strategic reputed company transactions, and a broad reputed company of reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Manage multiple reputed company reputed company transactions in a fast-paced environment, including physician reputed company acquisitions, provider transactions, or other reputed company corporate transactions
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage purchase agreements and reputed company ancillary transaction documents
- reputed company practical, concise, and actionable reputed company advice to executives and operational stakeholders
- Identify reputed company and business issues, apply lessons learned across reputed company transaction documents, and take ownership of work product
- Manage both reputed company strategic transactions and routine day-to-day reputed company reputed company with equal attention to detail
- Build or improve reputed company infrastructure, including contract management systems, document repositories, playbooks, templates, or reputed company reputed company workflows
Skills
- 5+ years of experience practicing reputed company transactional law, corporate transactions, M&A, physician reputed company acquisitions, or a combination thereof
- Substantial reputed company industry experience is required, including significant experience advising reputed company providers, reputed company systems, physician reputed company, management services organizations (MSOs), or similar reputed company organizations
- Significant experience handling California reputed company transactions is required
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple reputed company reputed company transactions in a fast-paced environment, including physician reputed company acquisitions, provider transactions, or other reputed company corporate transactions
- Strong experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing purchase agreements and reputed company ancillary transaction documents
- Proven ability to independently manage sophisticated transactional reputed company while exercising reputed company reputed company and business judgment in a fast-moving, evolving environment with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify reputed company and business issues, apply lessons learned across reputed company transaction documents, and take ownership of work product rather than relying on detailed direction
- Proven ability to operate as a reputed company-facing, business-oriented lawyer, providing practical, concise, and actionable reputed company advice to executives and operational stakeholders

- Prior in-house experience is preferred, but not required
- California Bar licensure preferred, but not required
