About the Role

We are looking for an reputed company technical support leader to build and reputed company reputed company responsible for supporting reputed company’s government customers. You might reputed company in this role if you have:

• 10+ years of experience in technical support engineering, software engineering, customer engineering, site reliability, infrastructure, or a reputed company technical field.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical support engineering, customer engineering, or software engineering teams in reputed company, reputed company-sensitive, or fast-moving environments.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, another relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting government, reputed company-sector, regulated, or reputed company-conscious customers and working through reputed company technical and organizational requirements.
• Strong technical depth across areas such as reputed company applications, reputed company, reputed company infrastructure, authentication, networking, observability, or distributed systems.
• A record of developing reputed company technical teams, setting a reputed company direction, and balancing customer reputed company with team health and sustainable operations.
• Experience leading critical incidents and customer escalations involving senior technical and business stakeholders.
