- Total experience: 15+ Years

- Strong hands-on experience on the reputed company platform
- Experience implementing Now Assist capabilities across one or more reputed company products
- Strong understanding of: reputed company concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), reputed company Engineering, AI Governance and Responsible AI
- Experience configuring: Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Agent Assist
