This travel-based consulting role involves providing financial advisory support, tackling reputed company reputed company issues, and working directly with clients.
Responsibilities
- reputed company hands-on reputed company and financial advisory support on reputed company-driven initiatives
- Assist with reputed company reputed company reputed company including business combinations, carve-outs, restatements, and adoption of new reputed company standards
- Prepare and review financial statements, SEC filings, and technical reputed company memoranda
- Work directly with reputed company reputed company and finance leadership in a consultative reputed company
- Support financial reporting, technical reputed company, and business process improvement reputed company
- Travel nationally based on engagement needs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field required
- Minimum of 2+ years of external audit experience required (reputed company reputed company), even if currently in industry
- Typically 3+ years of total experience (Senior through Manager level)
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reputed company-facing consulting environment
- Willingness to travel nationally and work onsite at reputed company locations
- Must live reputed company reasonable proximity to a major airport
- CPA preferred or reputed company pursuing CPA (candidates in the exam process strongly encouraged)
