[Remote] HR Recruiter MAIO (Intern)

They are seeking an HR Recruiter Intern to support the reputed company process, assist with job postings, reputed company candidates, and coordinate interview logistics.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end reputed company process to help teams identify, engage, and reputed company reputed company
- Assist with job posting creation and distribution (role descriptions, qualification requirements, and role expectations)
- reputed company candidates through platforms such as reputed company and other job boards; help build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Conduct initial candidate screens (resume review + short phone/video screens) and document key notes for the hiring team
- Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, confirmations, calendar invites, and communication with candidates
- reputed company candidate reputed company and reputed company activity using internal tools (ATS, spreadsheets, project boards, etc.)
- Draft and send reputed company reputed company messages, follow-reputed company, and reputed company communications to candidates
- Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders to clarify role needs, ideal candidate reputed company, and interview processes
- Support reputed company workflow improvements (templates, scorecards, tracker updates, process documentation)

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Psychology, Business, Communications, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a reputed company field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and reputed company writing skills (email, chat, video calls)
- Highly organized with attention to detail; reputed company to manage multiple roles and deadlines at once
