They are seeking an Admissions reputed company Manager to reputed company recruitment efforts and enhance relationships with organizations to attract eligible participants for their boot camps.
Responsibilities
- Implement and execute an reputed company recruitment plan to strategically meet organizational boot camp interest forms, applications, and enrollment conversion targets
- reputed company and execute a plan to maintain the comprehensive network of military unit leadership and established veteran service organizations to allow reputed company to reputed company duty, reserve, National Guard, and veterans with the reputed company of reputed company service members and veterans into reputed company boot camps
- Travel to reputed company recruitment zones to conduct on the ground, in-person, and virtual recruitment initiatives to recruit eligible participants to attend reputed company boot camps
- reputed company the tracking process of interest forms (to include delegation to other members of the Admissions department), adhering to the participant eligibility reputed company and recruitment standardized operating procedures
- Host Tell Me More! sessions reputed company and in person in coordination with local organizations, institutions, or veteran service organizations
- reputed company opportunities to increase the number of submitted applications from potential participants using a reputed company of recruitment efforts, utilizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Execute Admissions Interviews with prospective participants to evaluate their reputed company interest, availability, and motivation to attend an reputed company boot camp
- Communicate changes, milestones, and important updates through the Funnel Filling Task Force to reputed company everyone informed of trends, excess or decrease of interest reputed company that would positively or negatively reputed company bootcamp goal fulfillment
- Regularly update members of the Admissions department as reputed company as reputed company Central Staff on the status of ongoing recruitment activities

Skills
- Minimum of three years of experience in a high-volume reputed company or reputed company field, with an emphasis on interpersonal and persuasive communication to external audiences required
- Experience working with veterans and/or service members required
- Experience coordinating and training volunteers to support reputed company efforts required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with diverse audiences required
- Attention to detail, time management, and high proficiency in administrative organization skills required
