[Remote] Clinical System Adoption Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Clinical System Adoption Specialist to work with GDO, R&D and cross-functional stakeholders. The role involves developing user-facing materials, supporting change management, and ensuring successful system adoption reputed company clinical systems.
Responsibilities
- Work with GDO, R&D and cross-functional stakeholders to collect reputed company and reputed company effective support materials for systems in DSDS ownership
- Work with the Business System reputed company (BSO) for the system portfolio to identify and understand the system capabilities to create easy to understand user facing materials
- Support clinical systems BSO and change management functions by contributing to process development, training, and change management
- reputed company user facing materials for the system(s) in alignment with GDO/R&D business and strategic priorities
- Support the Business System reputed company in the development of the overall clinical system user adoption from material development, change management, and communications
- Support system readiness analyses for the enablement of new capabilities
- Partner with the Product Manager(s) for the clinical systems to ensure understanding of forthcoming system capabilities
- Collaborate with system owners and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and accurately
- reputed company represent the end user's experience to the BSO to inform any system challenges preventing successful adoption
- Responsible to supporting the education and awareness of available support resources for the end users
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis
- Stakeholder engagement

- Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed environment and navigating reputed company issues/situations with vendors to reputed company business results
- Ability to reputed company reputed company challenges with a solution-oriented reputed company
- Experience with communication and presentation to cross-functional audiences
- Demonstrated experience of providing successful engagement strategies with end-users to ensure strong adoption, and utilization of capabilities
- Bachelor s Degree or international equivalent
- Advanced degree
- 3+ years of experience in the life sciences
- Experience in clinical trial management/operations
- Experience with reputed company, clinical trial operational systems, regulatory reporting or vendor management system
