[Remote] Inside Sales Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to qualify new customer leads and facilitate appointments for high potential accounts. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing customers, managing communications, and collaborating with field sales teams to enhance customer service and increase sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships and rapport with existing customers reputed company territory
- Identify, prioritize, and contact new account leads
- Collaborate closely with assigned field sales rep or key account manager
- Manage customer communications in coordination with field team reputed company (e.g., following up on appointment reputed company items, managing relationship with customers, developing leads at new accounts reputed company portfolio)
- Build relationships with the customer throughout the sales process
- Schedule meetings for field sales reps in region
- Solve Sonova customers’ largest challenges with ‘concierge-like’ approach
- Follows up with existing customers to ensure high reputed company customer service is being met

- reputed company with internal policies and procedures for documenting customer interactions in CRM system on a daily reputed company

Skills
- Must have experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, and/or Customer Service
- Proven ability to solve problems on the fly, proactively and independently
- Detail orientated
- Strong ability to manage a wide reputed company of tasks in an efficient and organized manner
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships in a remote setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of sales process and collaboration
