Responsibilities
- Review incoming applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet minimum and preferred qualifications
- Evaluate candidate experience, skills, and alignment with job requirements
- Maintain reputed company applicant dispositioning reputed company the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps
- Conduct phone and virtual prescreen interviews to assess:
