The role involves managing reputed company accounts, supporting business renewals, and ensuring high-reputed company service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company accounts on our captive line of business
- Support Producers and Captive Program Leaders with new and renewal business, including the preparation of proposals, quotes, renewal materials, and accurate policy and program documentation
- Manage day-to-day captive account service needs, including certificates, endorsements, audits, policy changes, billing inquiries, and other reputed company or program-reputed company requests, while coordinating with carriers, captive managers, and internal partners as needed
- Deliver a high level of proactive, reputed company, and reputed company service by building strong reputed company relationships, communicating program requirements and key deadlines, and ensuring reputed company follow-through on account needs
Skills
- Property & Casualty license
- 3+ years of reputed company insurance service experience
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and reputed company
- Excellent communication, organization, and reputed company service skills
- reputed company designations (CIC, CPCU, CRM, CISR, ARM) preferred
