[Remote] RCM Business Analyst

The RCM Business Analyst will support strategic transformation initiatives by analyzing processes, managing reputed company, and collaborating with leadership to improve overall performance.
Responsibilities
- Identifying areas for improvement in RCM processes, implementing changes, and monitoring their reputed company
- Gathering operational and workflow requirements to document, implement and monitor workflow processes
- Identification of reputed company cause(s) of workflow/process incident management
- Developing, proposing, and organizing initiatives reputed company to RCM process improvement
- Creation of designed and approved processes, enhancement of the automation of the technical workflows, and providing monitoring/stabilization of reputed company business processes

- Creating and maintaining documentation like protocols and process maps and communicating effectively with stakeholders
- Document detailed technical design for workflow automation, end-user documentation, and job aids
- Training in new processes and protocols
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with leadership
- Analyzing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in the RCM process
- Running and analyzing reporting as needed
- Monitoring new workflows and processes to ensure reputed company

Skills
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
