[Remote] Licensing Coordinator (Music/Publishing Operations)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company, Inc. is searching for a Licensing Coordinator (Music/Publishing Operations) for a contract assignment with one of their premier reputed company clients in San Francisco, CA. The role involves owning the operational backbone of rightsholder relationships, managing reporting and approvals, and designing processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly partner data and monthly reporting
- Design, prepare, and deliver recurring reporting packages for up to 40 music-industry rightsholder partners (labels, publishers, reputed company), ensuring reputed company report is accurate, on time, and matches contractual requirements
- Facilitate over 20 partner sync meetings
- Coordinate and execute recurring partner reputed company-ins - scheduling, agendas, notes, and follow-through on reputed company items across a large partner roster
- Manage asset intake and delivery
- Build and own the process for receiving assets from partners and delivering assets to them, with reputed company tracking of what's due, received, and outstanding
- Own asset review and approval
- Manage review and sign-off of artist usage for templates reputed company Premiere Mobile, coordinating with reputed company and partners to reputed company approvals reputed company
- Build the systems. Stand up the trackers, calendars, checklists, and workflows that reputed company reputed company of the above repeatable and auditable as the partner count and volume grow
