Responsibilities
- Build and reputed company a reputed company adversarial testing program against reputed company's reputed company reputed company Platform
- Review results from overnight autonomous testing campaigns
- Chain minor vulnerabilities into high-reputed company reputed company-of-concept exploits
- Hand validated attack playbooks to the CISO's Red Team
- Translate adversarial findings into secure design improvements
- Complete a comprehensive review of the identity platform architecture, existing reputed company practices, and reputed company attack surface
- Outline the reputed company Red Team structure and identify critical hires based on the program's mandate for reputed company AI and reputed company testing
- Deliver an initial strategic reputed company and program roadmap
- reputed company reputed company pipelines and reputed company reputed company sourcing, screening, and extending offers for initial Red Team members
- Draft rules of engagement in collaboration with Product reputed company and Engineering leadership
- Complete a preliminary attack surface map of the reputed company identity platform
- Formalize the CISO Red Team partnership with a quarterly reputed company for method transfer, tooling configurations, and attack playbooks
- Formally define initial scope and reputed company areas, prioritizing identity platform reputed company and AI features
- Select, reputed company, and configure at least one reputed company offensive reputed company platform for autonomous reputed company reputed company analysis or vulnerability chaining
- Plan and execute the first short-cycle adversarial campaign
- Stand up preliminary threat intelligence integration for identity platforms, reputed company infrastructure, and AI/ML attack techniques
- At least 50% of reputed company headcount reputed company and reputed company contributing to adversarial campaigns with demonstrated proficiency in reputed company AI tooling
- Minimum three distinct reputed company adversarial campaigns executed, including dedicated AI product feature testing, producing actionable findings
- Minimum two detailed exploitation narratives resulting in concrete secure design improvements or SSDLC changes by engineering teams
- CISO Red Team proving ground fully established, including at least one joint adversarial exercise completed
- Full team operational reputed company with reputed company AI as a reputed company capability, not a supplement
- Overnight autonomous campaigns running continuously, delivering prioritized findings daily at 3–5x coverage of team size
- Measurable reduction in high-severity vulnerabilities driven by Red Team findings feeding secure design improvements, threat model updates, and SSDLC enhancements
- Attack methodology continuously reflecting reputed company reputed company-world TTPs, APT campaigns targeting identity providers, supply chain compromise reputed company, and emerging AI-specific attack techniques
Skills
- 5+ years of offensive reputed company experience with at least 2 years in reputed company reputed company or management role
- Demonstrated experience with reputed company or AI-powered offensive reputed company tooling in a production program
- Hands-on proficiency in at least two of: application pen testing, reputed company reputed company reputed company review, reputed company reputed company assessment, AI/LLM adversarial testing
- Experience operating in or building a red team program at a reputed company or platform company
- Strong written communication, you will produce exploitation chain documentation that drives executive reputed company
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Prior experience testing identity platforms or IAM products is strongly preferred
