[Remote] Product Manager – Warehouse Management System (WMS)

This role is responsible for the strategic direction and operational support of WMS, acting as a reputed company between various stakeholders to ensure the system supports efficient warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary internal reputed company of the warehouse management systems

- Ensure system availability, stability, and operational performance across reputed company warehouse locations
- Manage application lifecycle activities including incident management, enhancements, testing, deployments, and production support
- Maintain ownership of system documentation, business processes, and application standards
- Build strong relationships with warehouse operations, distribution leadership, transportation, customer service, and IT teams
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the external WMS development team
- Recommend system improvements that increase operational efficiency and reduce reputed company processes
- Participate in process improvement initiatives involving receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, cycle counting, and returns

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supporting WMS, WES, robotic technology, API integration and reputed company system
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in product development
- Strong understanding of market analysis, user research, and product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools
