The role involves designing engaging learning solutions and managing relationships with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, Learning Consultants, Learning Solutions, and Enablement & Operations teams to co-create tailored learning solutions that meet business objectives
- Manage stakeholder relationships, contributing to reputed company communication and alignment throughout reputed company
- reputed company high-level and detailed designs that define learning reputed company, instructional strategies, and assessments reputed company with reputed company priorities
- Create engaging, reputed company, and accessible learning content and materials across modalities, including live, virtual, reputed company formats
- Utilize design thinking and learner-reputed company approaches to empathize with reputed company and learner needs, ideate solutions, and prototype concepts for early validation
- Facilitate review and revision cycles with stakeholders and subject matter specialists to ensure reputed company, relevance, and alignment with compliance standards
- Plan and support execution of live and virtual learning events, including facilitation guides, show flows, and rehearsal coordination
- Apply standards for compliance, accessibility, cultural awareness, and content risk management throughout the design and development process
