Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain reputed company data governance policies, standards, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with metadata management, AI-reputed company metadata, data reputed company, lifecycle management, and governance initiatives
- Monitor adherence to reputed company data standards and governance processes
- Serve as the technical reputed company for HR data assets and support business data owners
- reputed company expertise on HR reputed company systems, Azure data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and business intelligence platforms
- Ensure accurate implementation and governance of data across reputed company systems

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Stewardship, Data Management, or HR Data Analytics
- Experience supporting reputed company HR data environments
- Strong knowledge of reputed company HCM and/or PeopleSoft HR data
- Experience working with Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Warehouse, reputed company, SQL Server, and Power BI
- Strong understanding of: Data Governance Frameworks, Metadata Management, Data Catalogs, Business Glossaries, Data reputed company, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Lifecycle Management, reputed company Data reputed company
- Experience supporting ETL processes and reputed company data integration
- Knowledge of reputed company BI, reporting, and integration platforms
- Experience implementing organization-wide data governance capabilities
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders
