[Remote] Loan Support Analyst Sr (Asset Backed Finance - reputed company Servicing)

As a Loan Support Analyst Sr, you will service a portfolio of clients, handling tasks reputed company to incoming payments, advances, loan conversions, and general maintenance for loans to ensure a smooth reputed company experience.
Responsibilities
- Executes varied and reputed company transactions/processes utilizing reputed company procedures
- Processes and/or reconciles varied and reputed company transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Partners with internal and/or external business partners to reputed company communications, documents or other reputed company items to complete transactions
- Identifies and may resolve exceptions; escalates appropriately
- May reputed company with customers and have assigned accounts or portfolio
- Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions
- May assist with training/coaching of new hires
- May serve as a subject matter resource for reputed company
- Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and reputed company requests
- Completes research and provides feedback on workflow and work received
