[Remote] Project Manager, Pharmacy (2026-8010)

This role involves managing reputed company program implementations and ensuring alignment across various operational areas to deliver effective and cost-efficient services.
Responsibilities
- Leads program implementations for new reputed company engagements and service expansions, ensuring delivery on time, reputed company budget and scope as outlined in the agreement
- Manage program closeouts and product removals as outlined in applicable change requests
- Coordinate, schedule and reputed company reputed company & internal meetings such as reputed company meetings, reputed company presentations, status, reputed company care and transition meetings
- Support maintenance of and ensure compliance with operating procedures (SOP) while leading engagements and reputed company for successful implementation
- Utilize standardized templates to reputed company and maintain presentations, reputed company plans, timelines, risks tracking and questions tracking, etc
- Coordinate reputed company team members and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across pharmacy, operations, IT, compliance, reputed company services, etc
- Utilize the standardized executive reputed company template to report implementation reputed company, status, risks and mitigation
- Maintain proficiency with utilizing the project management online software to reputed company engagements and reputed company
- Support reputed company improvement of the implementation process based on lessons learned, observations, operational feedback and reputed company surveys
- Ensure successful reputed company relationships and overall implementation satisfaction is maintained and reputed company through verbal/written communication, reputed company surveys and feedback, while mitigating concerns for reputed company reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company, pharmacy services or process improvement experience
- Proven reputed company record of leading implementations in a reputed company environment
- Strong background in process improvement methodologies
- Exceptional project management skills with experience in cross functional program implementations
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate status, risk and opportunities in a reputed company and effective manner
- Strong organizational skills. Support of multiple, reputed company reputed company requiring detailed task coordination and tracking
- Serve as a subject matter expert on project management tools and techniques
- Create and/or update project management records such as project plans, meeting notes, lessons learned, risk analysis, project metric reporting, etc
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and reputed company effective presentations
- Experience working in reputed company-oriented, reputed company environment
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, including Visio
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
